I still remember my first computer – the iconic Atari 800XL. It had a keyboard built into the body, came with a cassette tape drive (which squeaked and buzzed like it was trying to contact aliens), and a whole world of 8-bit wonder waiting to be explored. While I played a whole bunch of different titles — platformers, shooters, puzzles — one game stood out in my memory like a brightly lit pixel on a black screen: Space Invaders.
